Automatic winding machine tensioner adjustment method:

1、 to apply the wire diameter 0.06 ~ 0.13mm tensioner as an example, the tensioner is equipped with 2 adjusting nuts, adjusting nut 1 and adjusting nut 2. adjusting nut 1 is marked with 0 ~ 5 grades of the scale, the tension range of 20 ~ 130g, of which the tension value of each scale is about 26g (reference value). Twist the nut 1 to the right, the tension value will become larger; conversely, twist the nut 1 to the left, the tension value becomes smaller.

2、Adjustment nut 2 is marked with a scale of 0~5 gears, which is used to control the bending angle of the fishing rod, and the angle adjustment range is about 0~30°. For the same tension situation, the larger the reading of the scale of adjustment nut 2 is, the smaller the bending angle will be; the smaller the reading is, the larger the bending angle will be.

3、 the normal winding situation, over the fishing rod on the line over the line nozzle and oil cup on the line over the line hole to flush for the best.

 1、after hanging the line, before winding begins, first check the tension size, you can use your fingers to press the line to see if it is flexible, if the tension is too large, the frequency of winding breakage will increase; tension is too small will directly affect the coil whole column degree. In the winding process according to the need to adjust the amount of tension, in the case of ensuring that the wire is not pulled off, the greater the tension, the better the voice coil alignment.

 2、if the wire piece on the line is loose, in the case of the correct position of the wire piece, you can increase the tension to solve the problem.

 3、 if the coil resistance, integrity, the total number of turns are normal, the coil amplitude length of a small range of error (such as 0.01mm), if the coil amplitude is larger than the actual demand, you can micro-adjustment to increase the tension; if the coil amplitude is smaller than the actual demand, you can micro-adjustment to reduce the tension.
