1、Mechanical
Insufficient or unstable indentation force: it may be a hydraulic system failure, such as oil pump wear, hydraulic oil leakage, relief valve failure, etc., resulting in the inability to provide sufficient pressure. You can check the working condition of the oil pump, see if there is leakage in the hydraulic pipeline, and test whether the pressure setting of the relief valve is correct. It may also be mechanical transmission parts wear, such as silk rod, guide rail wear, so that the transmission efficiency is reduced, you need to check the wear of the silk rod, guide rail, and timely replacement of severely worn parts.
Bearing pressure deviation or not in place: may be inaccurate positioning device, need to check whether the positioning fixture is loose, worn or damaged, re-adjustment or replacement of the positioning fixture; may also be the brushless motor or needle roller bearings itself is too large a size deviation or shape error, to the motor and bearing size, shape testing, screening out substandard products.
Equipment vibration is too large: it may be that the equipment is not firmly installed, the ground bolts are loose, need to check the ground bolts and tighten them; or needle roller bearing itself quality problems, such as bearing rolling body is not uniform, raceway defects, etc., should be replaced with quality bearings; it may be that the motor rotor is not balanced, need to carry out dynamic balancing test and calibration of the motor rotor.
2、Electrical
Equipment can not start: it may be power failure, such as power line breakage, loose plug, fuse melting, etc., need to check the power line, plug connection, replace the melted fuse. It may also be electrical control system failure, such as controller failure, relay damage, contactor failure, etc., you can use a multimeter and other tools to detect the controller, relay, contactor working status, replace the damaged parts.
Abnormal indentation speed: it may be a motor driver failure, wrong parameter setting or the driver itself is damaged, need to check whether the driver parameter setting is correct, such as speed setting value, etc., if necessary, repair or replace the driver. May also be a motor failure, such as motor winding short circuit, disconnection, etc., with a multimeter to detect the motor winding resistance, determine whether the motor is damaged, repair or replace accordingly.
Control signal abnormality: may be a sensor failure, such as position sensors, pressure sensors are damaged, resulting in inaccurate or lost signal, need to check the sensor's working condition, clean or replace the sensor. It may also be a line connection problem, signal line break, short circuit or poor contact, to check the connection of the signal line, repair or replace the line.
3、Other aspects
Lubrication problem: If the needle bearing is poorly lubricated, it will lead to rotation difficulties, heat, or even damage. Need to check whether the lubrication system is working properly, such as whether the lubricant pump is running, whether the lubrication pipeline is blocked, etc., add or replace the lubricant in time, and unclog the blocked pipeline.
Impurities mixed in: impurities into the bearings or pressed into the mechanism, may cause jamming, abnormal noise and other problems. Should check whether the environment around the equipment is clean, whether the sealing device is intact, clean up the impurities inside the equipment, replace the damaged seals.
