What are the common control unit failures and solutions for brushless motor motor automatic stator-rotor assembly machine?


 

Brushless motor motor automatic stator rotor assembly machine control unit in the operation of the equipment plays a central role, the following are common control unit failure and the corresponding solution:


First, the program failure


1, program loss or damage


Failure phenomenon: the equipment can not run normally after the start, the control unit display prompts the program error or can not read the program, the action instructions can not be executed.


Failure causes: control unit memory chip failure, sudden power failure, strong electromagnetic interference and other factors may lead to program loss or damage.


Solution: If the program is just lost, you can re-download the program from the backup to the control unit; if the memory chip is damaged, you need to replace the memory chip and then re-download the program. At the same time, we should do a good job of power management of the equipment, to avoid sudden power outages, strengthen electromagnetic shielding measures to reduce interference.


2, program logic error


Failure phenomenon: confusion in the order of action during the operation of the equipment, the components are not coordinated and other issues, such as the stator is not yet in place to start the rotor assembly action.


Failure causes: there are logical loopholes in the program writing, or in the subsequent parameter modification, function adjustment process leads to program logic errors.


Solution: The technicians carry out all the checks and debugging of the program, use the debugging function of the programming software to check the logical errors step by step, and correct the program code. At the same time, strict testing should be carried out when modifying program parameters and functions.

Second, communication failure


1, and sensor communication interruption


Failure phenomenon: the control unit can not get the sensor feedback information, such as position sensors, pressure sensors and other data display abnormalities or no display, resulting in the equipment can not be accurately controlled according to the actual situation.


Fault Cause: Loose or broken communication line connection, damaged communication interface of sensor or control unit, wrong communication protocol setting, etc.


Solution: Check the communication line to ensure that the connection is firm, repair or replace the damaged line; check the communication interface, if damaged, repair or replace it in time; check the communication protocol settings to ensure that the agreement between the sensor and the control unit is consistent.


2、Abnormal communication with the actuator


Failure phenomenon: the instructions issued by the control unit can not be accurately conveyed to the actuator, such as the motor does not rotate, the cylinder does not move, etc., or the action of the actuator does not match the control instructions.


Failure causes: communication line failure, actuator drive failure, mismatch of communication parameters between the control unit and actuator.


Solution: Check the communication line and eliminate line faults; test and repair the actuator's driver, and replace the driver if necessary; reset the communication parameters between the control unit and the driver to ensure that the parameters match.


 

Third, hardware failure


1、Control board damage


Failure phenomenon: the control unit appears to be dead, can not be turned on, some of the functions failed and other issues, may be accompanied by the control board on the indicator light flashes abnormally or does not light up.


Failure causes: aging of electronic components on the control board, overheating, short circuit and other causes of damage.


Solution: Use professional testing equipment to test the control board to determine the damaged components and replace the damaged components. If the control board is seriously damaged and can not be repaired, it is necessary to replace the new control board.


 

Fourth, the power module failure


Failure phenomenon: the control unit can not be normal power supply, resulting in equipment can not be started or run during a sudden power failure, there may be a control unit display black screen, indicator lights do not light up and so on.


Failure causes: unstable input voltage of the power supply module, internal component damage.


Solution: Use a multimeter and other tools to detect the input and output voltage of the power supply module, and check whether the fuse of the power supply module is blown. If the input voltage is unstable, install a voltage regulator; if the internal components are damaged, replace the damaged components or the entire power module.


 

V. Parameter setting fault


1, parameter setting error


Failure phenomenon: the operating parameters of the equipment does not meet the process requirements, such as pressure loading force, assembly speed and other parameters set incorrectly, resulting in unqualified assembly quality.


Failure causes: operator misoperation, parameter backup error recovery and other reasons lead to parameter setting errors.


Solution: Compare with the process requirements of the equipment and the operation manual, and reset the correct parameters. At the same time, strengthen the training of operators to avoid misoperation.


2、Loss of parameters


Failure phenomenon: After restarting the equipment, the previously set parameters are lost and restored to the default value, affecting the normal operation of the equipment.


Failure causes: the control unit's battery is dead, storage parameters of the chip failure.


Solution: Replace the battery of the control unit to ensure that the battery is sufficient; if the chip that stores the parameters is faulty, replace the chip and reset the parameters and make a backup.
