What are the common sensor failures and their solutions for brushless motor motor fully automatic rotor into shaft machine?

The following are the common sensor failures and their solutions for brushless motor motor automatic rotor shafting machine:

First, the position sensor failure

Failure phenomenon:

Inaccurate position detection: it may lead to positional deviation when the rotor is inserted into the shaft, so that the shaft can not be accurately inserted into the center of the rotor or the predetermined position, which affects the accuracy and quality of the shaft insertion.

Signal loss or instability: the position sensor may suddenly lose the signal or the signal is sporadic, resulting in the equipment can not normally determine the position of the rotor, thus interrupting the operation into the shaft or abnormalities.

Solution:

First check the connection line of the position sensor to see if there is any loose, broken or short circuit. Use a multimeter to check the conductivity of the wiring and repair or replace damaged wiring.

Clean the sensor's sensing head and the surface being inspected to remove dust, oil, or other contaminants that may affect the sensor's sensing performance.

Recalibrate the sensor to ensure that its detection range and accuracy meet the requirements of the equipment. If the sensor has been damaged and can not be repaired by calibration, the sensor should be replaced with a sensor of the same type, and the new sensor should be properly installed and calibrated according to the requirements of the equipment manual.

Second, the proximity sensor failure

Failure phenomenon:

Failure to detect the proximity signal properly: the proximity sensor may fail to detect the rotor or shaft approaching the predetermined position, resulting in the equipment's shaft-in action not being able to be carried out in sequence, such as not being able to start the shaft-in operation or not being able to stop the shaft-in operation correctly.

False triggering: The proximity sensor may incorrectly send out proximity signals, causing the equipment to operate incorrectly, affecting the normal operation of the equipment and the efficiency of shaft-in.

Solution:

Adjust the sensing distance of the proximity sensor, through the adjustment knob on the sensor or modify the corresponding parameters in the control system of the equipment, so that the sensing distance is suitable for the working environment of the equipment and the requirements of the rotor into the shaft action.

Check the installation position of the proximity sensor to ensure that it is installed correctly, without offset or loose, to ensure that the sensor can accurately detect the proximity of the target object.

Exclude external interference, such as electromagnetic interference, vibration interference and so on. Electromagnetic shielding measures can be used to shield the sensor wiring, or the sensor is installed in a location away from the source of interference, while ensuring that the overall grounding of the equipment is good, to reduce the impact of interference on the sensor.

Third, the pressure sensor failure

Failure phenomenon:

Inaccurate pressure detection: for the use of pressure control into the shaft process equipment, pressure sensor failure will lead to inaccurate pressure control into the shaft, may cause the shaft into the inappropriate amount of surplus, affecting the quality of the shaft and rotor with the quality of the shaft, or even damage to the shaft or rotor.

No Pressure Signal Output: The pressure sensor may not output a signal, making it impossible for the equipment to control according to the pressure, resulting in the shaft-in operation being unable to proceed normally.

Solution:

Check the power supply of the pressure sensor to ensure its normal power supply, you can use a voltmeter to measure whether the power supply voltage is within the specified range.

Check the signal output line of the pressure sensor to make sure whether the line is normal, and repair or replace the damaged line.

Calibrate the pressure sensor, use the standard pressure source to calibrate it, so that the output signal of the sensor matches the actual pressure. If the sensor is damaged, the pressure sensor should be replaced with the same type, and re-calibrated and debugged.

Fourth, counting sensor failure

Failure phenomenon:

Inaccurate counting: the counting sensor may overcount or omit to count the number of rotors or shafts into the shaft, resulting in the production of statistical data errors, affecting production management and quality control.

No counting signal: the counting sensor may not be able to output the counting signal, so that the equipment can not count the number of shafts, can not normally complete the production task.

Solution:

Check the counting settings of the counting sensor and adjust the sensor's sensitivity, counting mode and other parameters according to the characteristics of the rotor or shaft to ensure that it can count accurately.

Check the optical or mechanical part of the counting sensor, for optical counting sensor, clean its lens and light source; for mechanical counting sensor, check whether its trigger mechanism works properly.

Ensure that the power supply of the counting sensor is normal, check the power line and power module, and repair or replace the defective power parts. If the sensor is damaged, replace it with a new counting sensor and test it to ensure accurate counting.

Through the timely discovery of the above common sensor failures and correct treatment, can ensure that the brushless motor motor automatic rotor shafting machine sensor system works properly, improve the reliability of the equipment and the quality of the shaft, to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
