What are the common electrical failures and solutions for brushless motor motor automatic stator in case machine?

Brushless motor motor automatic stator into the machine shell machine common electrical faults and solutions are as follows:

1、Power failure

l Failure phenomenon: the equipment is completely unresponsive, the indicator light does not light, the motor does not start.

l Failure causes

The power cord is not plugged in or the plug is damaged, resulting in the power supply can not be normal access to the equipment.

The power switch is faulty and cannot conduct the circuit.

Fuse blown, may be overload, short circuit and other problems in the circuit.

The power supply voltage is unstable, too high or too low beyond the normal operating range of the equipment.

l Solution

Check whether the power cord is firmly connected and replace the damaged plug.

Check the power switch and repair or replace it if it is faulty.

Find out why the fuse is blown, and replace the fuse with the same specification after eliminating circuit faults.

Install a voltage regulator to ensure that the power supply voltage is stabilized within the range required by the equipment.

2、Motor failure

l Failure phenomenon: the motor does not rotate, the rotation is not smooth, there is abnormal noise or serious heat.

l Failure causes

Motor winding short-circuit or disconnection, mostly caused by long-term operation of the motor, insulation aging.

Damaged motor bearings, resulting in increased resistance to motor rotation, abnormal noise and vibration.

Loose or poor contact of the connection line between the driver and the motor, affecting the control signal and power supply to the motor.

Incorrect setting of drive parameters, such as the number of motor poles, speed and other parameters are set incorrectly, resulting in abnormal motor operation.

l Solution

Use a multimeter or other tools to detect the motor winding, repair or replace the damaged winding.

Replace the damaged motor bearings and lubricate and maintain the motor bearings regularly.

Check the connection lines to ensure that they are firmly connected and free from looseness and poor contact.

Reset the drive parameters to match the actual parameters of the motor, you can refer to the motor and drive instructions for setting.

3、Sensor failure

l Failure phenomenon: inaccurate positioning of the equipment, stator into the shell position deviation, or equipment in the process of running suddenly stop.

l Failure causes

The sensor probe is covered by dust, oil and other pollutants, which affects the transmission and reception of signals.

The sensor installation position is offset, resulting in inaccurate detected position information.

The sensor itself is faulty, such as the internal circuit is damaged, the components are aging and so on.

l Solution

Clean the sensor probe regularly to ensure that its surface is clean and free of debris.

Re-calibrate the installation position of the sensor so that it can accurately detect the target position.

Use professional tools to test the performance of the sensor, and replace the sensor with a new one if it is found to be faulty.

4、Controller failure

l Failure phenomenon: the logic of the equipment running chaos, such as not according to the preset program action, the cooperation between the process problems.

l Failure causes

Controller program errors, may be program writing is not perfect, interference or misuse of the program is lost or damaged.

The input/output interface of the controller is damaged, and it can not transmit signals with external devices normally.

The internal electronic components of the controller are damaged, such as capacitors, resistors and other components are aging or damaged, affecting the normal work of the controller.

l Solution

Redownload or modify the controller program to ensure the correctness and integrity of the program. Make a backup of the program to prevent loss or damage again.

Check the input and output interfaces, repair or replace the damaged interface circuit.

Overhaul the controller, replace the damaged electronic components, if it can not be repaired, then replace the new controller.
