What are the common mechanical failures and solutions for brushless motor motor automatic stator in case machine?


Brushless motor motor automatic stator into the machine shell machine common mechanical failures and solutions are as follows:


First, the transportation mechanism failure


1, stator transportation jam


Failure causes: the conveying track may have foreign objects, deformation or wear, resulting in the stator in the conveying process is blocked; conveying belt or chain loose, slippery, can not provide sufficient driving force.


Solution: Clean up the foreign objects on the conveying track, repair or replace the deformed or worn track parts; adjust the tension of the conveying belt or chain, and replace the belt or chain if necessary.


2、Conveyor positioning inaccuracy


Failure causes: positioning sensor failure or position offset, can not accurately detect the position of the stator; conveying mechanism of the transmission parts are worn, resulting in a decline in transmission accuracy.


Solution: Check the positioning sensor, clean the probe, calibrate the position or replace the damaged sensor; replace the worn transmission parts such as gears, racks, etc., and readjust the transmission accuracy of the conveying mechanism.

Second, into the shell mechanism failure


1、Difficulty in shelling stator


Failure causes: inaccurate positioning of the casing, resulting in deviation of the stator and the casing; into the shell of the tooling pressure is insufficient or uneven, can not be pressed into the casing of the stator; stator or casing size deviation exceeds the permissible range, resulting in the two with too tight.


Solution: Re-calibrate the positioning device of the casing to ensure the accurate position of the casing; adjust the pressure of the casing tooling to meet the requirements of the process and ensure uniform pressure; conduct random inspection of the stator and casing dimensions, screen out the size of the over-discrepancy of the parts, adjust the molds or processing technology.


2、Stator tilt or offset after shelling


Failure causes: damaged or worn fixture of shelling tooling can not securely fix the stator; in the process of shelling, the stator is subjected to lateral force, such as the impact of the conveyor or the guiding deviation of the tooling.


Solution: Check and replace the damaged or worn fixture; optimize the speed and acceleration curve of the conveying mechanism to reduce the impact force during the conveying process; adjust the guiding device of the shelling tooling to ensure that the stator maintains the correct direction during the shelling process.


 

Third, the failure of the clamping mechanism


1、Insufficient clamping force


Failure causes: the pressure of the clamping cylinder or hydraulic cylinder is not enough, may be a failure of the pneumatic or hydraulic system, pressure regulator valve is not set properly; clamping elements such as jaws wear, resulting in a reduction in the contact area with the stator or the shell, the clamping force decreases.


Solution: Check the pneumatic or hydraulic system to ensure that the system pressure is normal, adjust the pressure regulator valve to the appropriate pressure value; replace the worn clamping jaws to ensure good contact between the clamping element and the workpiece.


2, the clamping position is not accurate


Failure causes: the positioning device of the clamping mechanism is damaged or loose, resulting in a shift in the clamping position; the control system in the clamping position of the parameter setting error.


Solution: Check and repair the positioning device of the clamping mechanism to ensure that it is firm and reliable; reset the correct parameters of the clamping position in the control system, and make trial and error adjustments until the clamping position is accurate.


 

Fourth, transmission components failure


Belt, chain transmission noise


Failure causes: belt, chain after long-term use of wear, elongation or loose, and transmission wheel with the deterioration of the coordination between the wheel; transmission wheel surface wear, uneven or foreign objects attached, affecting the smoothness of transmission.


Solution: adjust, tighten or replace the belt and chain; clean the surface of the transmission wheel, repair or replace the worn transmission wheel.


 

Fifth, gear transmission failure


Failure causes: poor gear mesh, may not be enough gear installation accuracy, gear wear or foreign objects into the mesh gap; gear shaft damage, bearing failure, resulting in gear transmission is not smooth.


Solution: Adjust the installation position of the gears to ensure that the gears mesh precision, clean up foreign objects in the mesh gap, if necessary, replace the worn gears; check the gear shaft and bearings, repair or replace the damaged parts.
