What are the common sensor failures and their solutions for brushless motor motor automatic stator-rotor assembly machine?


 

Brushless motor motor automatic stator rotor assembly machine common sensor failure and its solutions are as follows:


First, the position sensor failure


1, signal inaccuracy


Failure phenomenon: the stator or rotor position information fed back by the position sensor is inconsistent with the actual position, resulting in inaccurate positioning and deviation during assembly.


Failure causes: sensor installation position offset; sensor probe covered by dust, oil and other pollutants; the sensor itself decreased accuracy or damage.


Solution: recalibrate the sensor installation position to ensure that its relative position to the detected object is accurate; clean the sensor probe to remove dust, oil and other pollutants; precision testing of the sensor, if the accuracy of the decline or damage, timely replacement of the sensor.


2, signal loss


Failure phenomenon: In the process of assembly, the position sensor suddenly no signal output, the device can not get the position information, resulting in assembly action interrupted or abnormal.


Failure causes: sensor line connection is loose, broken or short-circuit; sensor power failure; sensor internal circuit damage.


Solution: check the sensor line connection, make sure the plug and socket connection is firm, no loose, broken or short circuit phenomenon, if there is a problem in time to repair or replace the line; check the sensor's power supply, make sure that the voltage is stable, the power supply line is normal, if the power supply module is damaged, repair or replacement; if it is determined to be the internal circuit of the sensor is damaged, replace the new sensor.

Second, the pressure sensor failure


1, the pressure value display abnormality


Failure phenomenon: the pressure sensor shows the pressure value and the actual pressure does not match, the pressure value may be high, low or fluctuations in the case of too large, affecting the quality control of pressure.


Failure causes: sensor zero drift; sensor range selection is not appropriate; pressure sensors and pressure loading system connection between the pipeline leakage or blockage; sensor diaphragm damage.


Solution: zero calibration of the pressure sensor, adjust its zero position; according to the actual pressure range of the press-fit, a reasonable choice of the appropriate range of pressure sensors; check the connecting pipeline, repair the leaks, clean up the clogging; if the diaphragm is damaged, timely replacement of the diaphragm of the pressure sensor or the entire sensor.


2, no pressure signal output


Failure phenomenon: during the pressing process, the pressure sensor does not have any pressure signal output, the equipment can not monitor and control the pressing pressure.


Failure causes: sensor power line is not connected or power failure; sensor signal line damage or poor contact; sensor internal electronic components are damaged.


Solution: check the power cord connection to ensure that the power supply is normal, repair or replace the damaged power cord; check the signal line, repair or replace the damaged part to ensure that the connection is good; such as determining the damage to the internal electronic components, the need to send the sensor for repair or replacement of new sensors.


 


Third, the speed sensor failure


1, inaccurate speed measurement


Failure phenomenon: the speed sensor measurement of the conveyor speed or motor speed does not match the actual speed, resulting in inaccurate speed control in the process of assembly, affecting the production beat and quality.


Failure causes: sensor installation gap is not correct; sensor sensing element interference; sensor itself aging or damage.


Solution: adjust the sensor installation gap, so that it meets the requirements of the equipment; check whether the sensor around a strong source of electromagnetic interference, take shielding, grounding and other anti-interference measures; aging or damaged sensor replacement.


2, speed signal instability


Fault phenomenon: the speed sensor output signal is sometimes absent or fluctuations, resulting in equipment control system can not accurately obtain speed information, resulting in speed control instability.


Failure causes: poor sensor line contact; sensor installation is not firmly fixed, resulting in vibration or displacement; speed gear or rotor wear.


Solution: Check the line connection to ensure good contact, repair or replace the loose or damaged line; re-fasten the installation position of the sensor to ensure that it does not vibrate or displacement during operation; check the wear of the speed measuring gear or runner, and replace it in time if it is worn.


 


Fourth, the proximity sensor failure


1, false trigger


Failure phenomenon: the proximity sensor will trigger the signal even when there is no object close to it, resulting in the execution of unnecessary actions, affecting the normal process of assembly.


Failure causes: improper adjustment of the sensor's detection distance, too sensitive; the surrounding environment there are sources of interference, such as reflections of metal objects, electromagnetic interference, etc.; the stability of the sensor itself.


Solution: readjust the detection distance of the sensor, reduce its sensitivity, so that it works in the appropriate range; clean up the metal objects around the sensor, shielding the sensor to reduce electromagnetic interference; replace the sensor with better stability.


2, does not trigger


Failure phenomenon: when an object is close to the proximity sensor, the sensor does not trigger the signal, the device can not detect the arrival of the object, resulting in the fitting action can not be started normally.


Failure causes: the sensor is damaged; the distance between the sensor and the object exceeds the detection range; the sensor surface has dirt or coverings.


Solution: Check whether the sensor is damaged, if so, replace it in time; adjust the distance between the sensor and the object so that it is within the detection range; clean the surface of the sensor to remove dirt and coverings.
