Run at both high and low speeds to ensure all parts operate smoothly. Verify slot-crossing accuracy, forward/reverse positioning precision, and check tensioners/guide wheels for smooth operation. Conduct multiple trials and produce several stator samples for comparison.
3. Wire-in Inspection of Motor Stator Winding Machine Operation
Verify the winding program accuracy, winding method correctness, turn count precision, and counting reliability. Monitor the accuracy of the wire-laying and winding mechanisms. Compare against the configured process parameters to assess whether the wound stator samples exhibit neatness and compactness.
4. Stator Sample Testing
Produce multiple samples using the newly installed motor stator winding machine. Conduct saltwater testing to verify leakage current values meet product requirements (typically below 20mA, though some specifications may be stricter). Additionally, perform tests for interturn leakage, inductance, rotation direction, and withstand voltage to ensure all parameters comply with standards.
