1, check the core

Items and content with the stator core.

3, check the wire-wound rotor winding and collector ring

1), the requirements of the rotor winding in addition to the same as the stator winding to consider the insulation problem, but also consider the mechanical strength, vibration balance and other aspects of the problem, as far as possible, do not change the rotor winding, lead wires, wind blade position.

2) Pay attention to the rotor winding end binding line, no weft tape and fixed ring is intact.

3) Blow the surface of the collector ring and the carbon powder on both sides with dry and clean compressed air, and remove the oil stains with cleaning agent.

5), collector ring copper ring should be tight, smooth, no burns, surface roughness Ra not more than 1.6um, radial runout should not be more than 0.05mm, eccentricity not more than 0.1mm.

6), the rotor winding and collector ring electrical inspection refer to Table 3-3-18 electrical inspection items.

4、Fan inspection

Check the fan should be clean, smooth, straight, no bruises and deformation, the blade should be firm, rivets are intact, fastened, can be gently knocked to listen to the sound judgment, if necessary, to deal with.

5、Rotor inspection

Check the rotor all screws should be anti-loosening measures, such as spring washers, corner plate.

6、Rotor shaft diameter inspection

Rotor shaft table diameter size should be within reasonable tolerances, should be smooth, no burrs.

7、Balance test

Do dynamic balancing test, rotor dynamic unbalance within the specified range, balance block should be complete, the top wire should be firm. Spray paint after installing the balance block.
