2. Current Carrying Capacity: Due to copper's superior conductivity compared to aluminum, copper-core wires can handle higher currents. This gives copper-core motors an advantage during high-load operation.


3. Mechanical Strength: Copper generally possesses higher mechanical strength than aluminum. During motor operation, copper-core wires better withstand vibrations and tensile forces generated by rotation, reducing susceptibility to breakage and enhancing motor reliability and lifespan.


4. Cost: Copper's relatively higher price typically results in increased manufacturing costs for copper-core motors compared to aluminum-core motors.


5. Weight: Aluminum has a lower density than copper, making aluminum-core motors comparatively lighter.


6. Oxidation Resistance: Copper exhibits superior oxidation resistance compared to aluminum. Copper-core wires are less prone to oxidation during use, thereby reducing contact resistance and ensuring stable motor operation.
