What are the common control unit failures and solutions for brushless motor motor automatic rotor magnetizer?


 


The control unit of a brushless motor motor automatic rotor magnetizer is responsible for precisely regulating the parameters of the magnetization process to ensure the magnetization effect and stable operation of the equipment. Common faults and solutions are as follows:


1、Power failure


l Failure phenomenon


The control unit cannot be powered up, the display does not show, and the equipment does not work at all; or the power indicator flashes, indicating that the power supply is unstable.


l Failure causes


External power supply problems, such as power socket failure, blown fuse, damaged power cord, etc..


The power module inside the control unit is damaged, possibly due to the failure of capacitors, transformers and other components.


Poor contact of the power switch, resulting in failure to conduct the circuit normally.


l Solution


Check the external power supply, replace the damaged socket, fuse or power cord to ensure that the power supply is normal.

2、Display Failure

The display driver chip is faulty, unable to process and output the display signal correctly.

Check the display connection cable, re-plug or replace the damaged cable.


Test the display driver chip and replace it if it is faulty.


Try to restart the control unit, if the problem still exists, the software can be upgraded or reinstalled.

3、Parameter setting failure


l Failure phenomenon


The parameters of magnetization cannot be set normally, such as magnetization current, magnetization time, number of times of magnetization, etc.; or the set parameters are lost after saving, and the default values will be restored next time when the unit is turned on.


l Failure cause


The operation buttons are damaged and the parameters cannot be input accurately.


The memory chip of the control unit is faulty, and the set parameters cannot be saved normally.


The software program has loopholes, resulting in abnormal parameter setting function.


l Solution


Check the operation keys and replace the damaged keys.


Check the memory chip and replace it if it is faulty.


Contact the equipment manufacturer to obtain a software patch or upgrade program to repair the software vulnerability.


 

4、Logic control failure


l Failure phenomenon


The magnetizer is unable to carry out magnetization operation according to the preset logic program, such as wrong magnetization sequence, interruption of the magnetization process or repeated magnetization.


Failure cause


The logic circuit of the control unit fails, resulting in abnormal signal processing and output.


Inaccurate or missing signals from the sensor feedback affect the judgment and decision-making of the control unit.


Errors in the logic algorithm of the software, which cannot control the magnetization process correctly.


l Solution


Use professional instruments to test the logic circuit, find out the faulty components and replace them.


Check the sensors and their connection lines to ensure that the sensors work normally and the signal transmission is stable.


Debug and correct the logic algorithm of the software, and upgrade the software if necessary.



4、Communication failure

There is no normal communication between the control unit and other devices (such as the host computer, sensors, actuators, etc.), and data transmission is interrupted or incorrect.

The communication interface is damaged, such as serial port, network port, USB interface and so on.


Communication protocol mismatch, resulting in data not being analyzed and processed correctly.


The communication line is interfered or damaged, which affects the signal transmission quality.

Check the communication interface and replace the damaged interface module.
